DERDA JACKSON, Owner, LMHC
Derda Jackson, LMHC, licensed mental health counselor and owner of Transformation Counseling Services, LLC. She delivers clinical at four Police Athletic League sites, collaborating with schools and organizations to trauma-informed care and youth development programs. Derda oversees clinical staff and an intern, emphasizing ethical practice and professional growth. Her approach combines evidence-based interventions within a compassionate, client-centered framework, with training in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Brittiany Coleman, Intern, PAL BHC
Brittiany is a Behavioral Health Counselor Intern at Transformation Counseling, LLC, with experience supporting individuals in hospital and school settings. She previously worked at Northeast Florida State Hospital and has extensive experience with students from elementary through high school. She holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis and is completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Trauma Counseling. Brittiany is passionate about advocacy, cultural sensitivity, and helping clients heal and thrive.
